Callback
Future-B offers you a large variety of Callback services based on various authentication models. Callback is commonly used in countries where it is difficult to originate IP/PSTN calls due to non liberalisation of the telecom sector or high service cost problems. Future-B has the solution that allows anyone in the world to benefit from the Callback system.
Future-B assigns each of its subscribers with one dedicated number that will be used to trigger the Callback to the number that the subscriber has designated, this number will only ring so that you will have no charges to activate the call back triggering. Also if you have several phone number depending on the time in the year and/or your location, you can via your web interface, change the number where you want to be called back at.
Future-B’s Callback also allows sub-scribers that travel to have global access to low long distance and international calling rates anywhere in the world and hence avoiding expensive roaming charges to your mobile phone. For example, if you travel overseas and need to make a call, simply log into the Future-B Telecommunication Ltd web site and submit the phone number of the phone that you are currently at, and the system will call you right back allowing you place calls knowing that cost competitive call rates are being enjoyed.
Future-B offers Call-Back services with 3 different ways of triggering and placing calls:
Web Trigger: Web trigger allows you to trigger your call back from any web enabled device - PC, PDA, Mobile Phone ... It also allows you to specify the number where you would be dial at and to which number you should be connected ...
CLI * Call-back: CLI Call-Back allows you to dial into the pre-defined DID number and disconnect after the first ring. System will place call back to you according to your CLI number and request for authentication before you enter destination number ...
Classic Call-Back: Using this method - you would be assign DID number to dial in and trigger your call back. Once the call-back is returned to you, you will be presented with remaining balance on account and upon entering destination number with number of minutes you can speak.
Your account on call back is accessible via Internet. You can review CDR, remaining balance, etc
